Our Prayer Needs
As more and more homes are rebuilt, residents and organizations in Bay St. Louis and Waveland are beginning to think about how to move forward as a community. Many, including students, parents, teachers, and business owners struggle against post-traumatic stress disorder. Relief workers face the same struggle. Economic depression (world wide), is felt accutely in a town already economically depressed by disaster.
BUT we know that God is already at work, and has been working for many years. There are many gifts, talents, and resources in this small community, and we praise God for the people He is raising up throughout these cities.
Pray with us for our community:
- For Hope
- For a sense of community rather than isolated suffering
- For continued rebuilding both of houses and industry
- For unity and common direction in our congregation
- For eyes that are open to the assetts and needs in our community
- For energy and stamina for the officers and staff
- For protection against the attacks of Satan
- For favor in the local community
- For financial support to make this ministry possible--we still have a very small congregation
Our goal is to raise up people who are willing to pray
